Colorado 14er Ascents

I’ll admit that a list of 14ers was a powerful motivator for me to climb the entire list.  At the same time, I’ll admit that I hated being one more person trying to climb all the 14ers as fast as I could. Now I can go back and take my time doing the fun routes.

The list of 14ers below is sorted by range and listed in descending order by elevation.  Beneath each peak, I’ve noted each ascent (and a couple notable attempts) and provided a link to any available trip reports. Not all of my trip are worthy of a trip report; but for the trips that will make for good reading, I am working on documenting them as fast as I can (before the details fade into the mist).

For an essay on the dates of and influences on the sequence of 14er personal 1st ascents, see the 14er Project
